HANDYFOLD / TERMS
Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms describe the use of Handyfold at elunaris.win, including its browser-local tools, practical guides and offline resources. Review them together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.
1. The service
Handyfold provides free tools and informational guides for file tasks and everyday planning. The current tools require no account, payment or subscription. They operate in your browser; the site does not provide file hosting, cloud backups, payment transfers or a professional advisory service.
2. Intended use and responsibility
You may use the tools for lawful personal or professional tasks. Provide accurate inputs, review the relevant instructions and limits, and verify output before relying on it. Keep original files and save results you need. If acting for an organization, follow its information-handling and approval requirements.
Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute unlawful material, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service or other systems. Resource limits protect browser responsiveness and are part of the supported scope.
3. Your files and generated output
You retain your rights in the material you process. Using a local tool does not grant Handyfold a license to publish, reuse or distribute your file contents. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions to process and share them. A watermark does not establish ownership, and a format conversion does not remove another person’s rights.
The tools do not upload your inputs. Email sent separately is correspondence, not a tool submission; see the privacy policy. Do not interpret the contact draft checker as a delivered message or support ticket.
4. Tool-specific limitations
PDF copying can affect forms, signatures, bookmarks and other interactive features; page extraction is not secure redaction. Audio decoding depends on browser codec support and exports use PCM WAV. Printing depends on page settings and the printer. Data tools apply documented matching, parsing and calculation rules without verifying the underlying business records.
Estimates, financial splits, material layouts and calendar files require your review. They do not constitute financial, engineering, legal, medical or other professional advice, and no tool certifies compliance with a third party’s submission or delivery requirements.
5. Guides, sources and corrections
Blog articles provide general educational explanations and constructed examples. Source links let you check supporting documentation; external services and software can change. A guide’s publication date does not guarantee that every referenced external interface remains unchanged. Report a suspected error with the page, passage and supporting evidence.
6. Site content and third-party licenses
Site branding, original text and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may link to pages and use ordinary personal reading or printing functions. Requests for broader republication or reuse of original site materials can be sent to the contact address below; rights granted by law remain unaffected.
Third-party software and cover images remain subject to their own licenses, which may permit additional uses. Image credits and license links appear with articles. Software notices are available on the licenses page. These terms do not override an applicable open-source or Creative Commons license. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
7. External websites
Reference links lead to independent services. Their content, availability, terms and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. They are not external tool embeds within Handyfold and are not required to process your files here.
8. Availability and offline use
The service may be updated, interrupted or unavailable. Offline use depends on a completed resource download and the browser retaining its cache. It is not a permanent backup or a guarantee of future access. Cache deletion, a different browser, a different domain or an unsupported feature can change availability.
9. Disclaimers and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and as available without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose. You should independently check results appropriate to their consequences.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on unverified output, lost local files or service interruption. Nothing here excludes a responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms apply subject to applicable law and do not require you to accept a particular arbitration service or give up rights that cannot be waived.
10. Questions and service availability
If you believe a tool, article or use of site material has caused a problem, contact us with the relevant page, what happened and the resolution you seek. Do not send confidential source files to establish an issue when an invented sample can demonstrate it. Contacting us does not replace any remedy, deadline or right available under applicable law.
Access to a page or feature may be limited for security, maintenance or misuse. Changes to this website do not delete an original file or downloaded result already on your device. The optional offline cache is subject to the browser-storage limitations described above.
11. Updates and contact
We may revise the service and these terms; material changes will be reflected in the revised page and date. If a provision cannot be applied under relevant law, that does not automatically invalidate the rest. Questions about these terms, licensing or rights: [email protected].
